How to order a firearm?

It's actually very easy to do. You can find great deals on-line but be careful who you buy from. Make sure you check the reputation of the dealer before you send any money.

Place your order on-line

Find a dealer near you that will handle the transfer. Most dealers will provide this service and will charge around $30-50 to handle the transaction.

Have the dealer send us a copy of their signed license. It is legal for us to accept a faxed or e-mailed copy of your dealers' Federal Firearms License (FFL). They can email a scanned version to ffl@dragoonarmory.com. It is best if you can have the dealer attach your name or order number with the license so we may process your order in a timely manner.

Once we receive the payment and signed copy of the FFL license, we will ship the firearm to your dealer.

You fill out the necessary paperwork for your state and pick up your firearm.

 Shipping

Most packages shipped by USPS Priority Mail

Dragoon Armory LLC usually ships the next business day using standard USPS airmail, USPS priority mail. If a certain carrier is preferred, please call and we will accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us by email or by phone after you place your order. Actual shipping costs will be charged for expedited shipping.

Dragoon Armory LLC ships to all 50 states in the US including Alaska & HI.

Please note: Insurance is not included. To purchase insurance for your package or to expedite your shipping, you must notify us by phone after the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may be applied.

Shipping - Ammunition

Federal regulations require us to obtain signature confirmation from an adult present at the time of delivery. Ammunition will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. Because of the weight of ammunition and the requirements of signature confirmation, we reserve the right to charge actual shipping costs based on the size, weight & location of delivery address. We will notify you of the costs prior to charging your card.

Lost / Stolen Package

Dragoon Armory LLC provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or call us. If the lost package is a result from a mistake on Dragoon Armory LLC, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by Dragoon Armory LLC. However, the contents of the packages will not be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. Dragoon Armory LLC will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.
